John Clemmons
BFA in Painting
Title: Project Manager
While completing his BFA in
painting, John began working in the landscape
field in Western Michigan in 2000. He quickly
realized that his creative mind could be applied
to the principles of landscaping and fed the urge
to turn projects into artwork. While John has
well rounded knowledge and experience in all aspects
of landscape construction, his specialties include
boulder placement (visualizing where each boulder
fits naturally into the landscape), carpentry,
and masonry. While creativity drives much of what
he enjoys doing, John has gained valuable experience
